Gentium Law has recently defended a journalist against a criminal complaint filed by an international organization. The journalist reported a story revealing allegations of corruption against the head of the organization.
Gentium successfully litigates on behalf of international civil servants in their employment disputes.
Our attorneys provide pro bono advice to vulnerable social groups.
Promoting transparency and accountability in International organisations
We assist various international organisations’ employees association in their fight for creating a more transparent and fair work environment in the UN and other international organisations, including promotion of the role of whistleblowers.
Managing partner Dr Parish has worked closely with Vuk Jeremić, the former Serbian Foreign Minister and former President of the UN General Assembly, throughout his remarkable campaign during the selection process for the United Nations Secretary General in 2016. As chief political adviser to the candidate, Dr Parish developed a program for reforming the UN system. The program focuses on effective use of resources, promotion of accountability, non-discrimination and transparency.
At Gentium, we provide advice to governments on all aspects of Public International Law, including human rights, humanitarian law, investments and development.
We are happy to assisted in developing legislative foundation and modernizing laws and regulations in the developing countries in the interest of justice, fairness, and advancement of the public good.
